摘 要:为解决接触爆破数值模拟计算中产生的网格畸变、计算终止等问题,使用SPH-FEM耦合算法对钢板接触爆破进行了数值模拟,对钢板与炸药接触面附近形变量大的区域使用光滑粒子建模,对钢板外围形变量小的区域使用有限元网格建模,并对两种单元的耦合进行了定义。数值模拟结果表明:SPH-FEM算法能够较为准确地模拟炸药对钢板的破坏效果,与传统有限元法相比大大减少了计算量,提高了计算效率。通过等比例钢板接触爆破试验进一步验证了计算的有效性。In order to solve the problems of mesh distortion and calculation termination in the numerical simulation of contact blasting,the SPH-FEM coupling algorithm was used to simulate the contact blasting of steel plate.The smooth particle model was used for the area with large deformation near the contact surface between the steel plate and the explosive,and the finite element mesh was used for the area with small deformation around the steel plate.The numerical simulation results show that the sph-fem algorithm can accurately simulate the damage effect of explosive on steel plate,which greatly reduces the calculation amount and improves the calculation efficiency compared with the traditional finite element method.The validity of the calculation was further verified by the equal proportion steel plate contact blasting test.
