摘  要:建立了烟气热水型溴化锂吸收式制冷机组动态仿真数学模型,对制冷性能系数,采用特性曲线法进行插值计算,在SimuWorks系统仿真平台上开发出相应的仿真程序,并对不同工况下的机组系统进行了动态仿真,以考察主要参数变化对机组运行的影响。仿真结果表明仿真程序计算误差在1%以内,符合一般仿真要求。建立的动态仿真数学模型可供其它类型溴化锂吸收式制冷机组动态仿真建模参考。A mathematical model for dynamic simulation of lithium bromide-water absorption chillers driven by flue gas and hot water is established.For the coefficient of refrigeration performance,the interpolation calculation is carried out by the characteristic curve method.The corresponding simulation program is developed on the system simulation platform SimuWorks.In order to investigate the influence of the main parameter changes on the operation of the chiller,the dynamic simulation of the chiller system under different working conditions is carried out.The simulation results indicate that the calculation errors of the simulation program are less than one percent,which can meet the general simulation requirements.The mathematical model for dynamic simulation established in this paper can be used as a reference for the dynamic simulation modeling of lithium bromide-water absorption chillers driven by other working mediums.
