摘 要:冷水机组是中央空调系统的主要能耗设备,其能耗约占中央空调系统的60%。所以冷水机组的节能优化是建筑节能技术中的重要环节。而影响冷水机组节能优化的关键因素之一是建立精确的冷水机组能耗模型。针对中央空调冷水机组的建模问题,提出了一种基于冷水机组工况点划分的多模型加权融合模型。依据冷水机组工作曲线的非线性特征、将输入/输出数据划分为三个子类,每个子类采用麦夸特法建立一个子模型。考虑到中央空调系统的慢时变特性和冷水机组工况特点,子模型间存在信息冗余。采用加权法融合子模型最终形成一个全局模型以消除其冗余信息。加权系数以均方差最小为指标,利用粒子群算法优化得到。仿真结果验证了文中建立的冷水机组的融合模型的精度高于DOE-2模型。上述冷水机组的多模型融合模型应用于中央空调的节能优化,将更符合实际工况。The chiller is the main energy consumption equipment of the central air conditioning system,and its energy consumption accounts for about 60%of the central air conditioning system.Therefore,energy-saving optimization of chillers is an important link in building energy-saving technology.One of the key factors influencing the energy saving optimization of chillers is to establish an accurate energy consumption model of chillers.Aiming at the modeling problem of the central air conditioning chiller,a multi-model weighted fusion model based on the division of chiller operating conditions is proposed.According to the nonlinear characteristics of the chiller working curve,the input/output data were divided into three sub-categories,and each sub-category used the Macquart method to establish a sub-model.Considering the slow time-varying characteristics of the central air-conditioning system and the characteristics of the chiller's operating conditions,there was information redundancy between the sub-models.The weighted method was used to fuse the sub-models to form a global model to eliminate its redundant information.The weighting coefficient was optimized by using particle swarm optimization with the smallest mean square deviation as the index.The simulation results verify that the accuracy of the fusion model of the chiller set up in this paper is higher than that of the DOE-2 model.The application of the multi model fusion model of the above chiller to the energy-saving optimization of central air conditioning will be more in line with the actual working conditions.
