摘  要:随着基础器件材料、加工工艺以及系统集成的巨大技术进步,电子装备正在向高密度、小型化、多功能、高可靠方向发展,热管理问题已经成为制约电子装备性能和可靠性提高的重要瓶颈之一。由于军用和民用两个领域电子元器件、板级及系统级集成方面交叉通用性越来越强,电子领域热管理标准也随之出现互相借鉴引用、互相渗透融合的趋势。本文在分析国内外电子装备热管理相关领域的标准体系现状基础上,从我国军民通用的大环境和发展趋势出发,论述建立具有中国特色的面向军民通用的电子设备热管理标准体系的必要性和相关基础,针对如何建立相关标准体系进行了探究。With the huge technological progress of basic device materials, processing technology and system integration, electronic equipment is driving towards high density, miniaturization, multi-function, and high reliability. Thermal management issues have become an important bottleneck restricting the improvement of electronic equipment performance and reliability. Due to the increasing cross universality of electronic components,board-level and system-level integration in the military and civil fields, thermal management standards in the electronic field also follow a trend of mutual reference, mutual penetration and integration. Based on the analysis of the current standards system in the field of thermal management of electronic equipment at home and abroad,starting from the general environment and development trend of military and civilian use in China, this paper discusses the necessity of establishing a thermal management standards system for electronic equipment with Chinese characteristics for military and civilian use. Based on the relevant foundation, it has explored how to establish the relevant standards system.
