摘　　要：本文从我国房产测绘目前的发展特点、标准应用发展现状出发,针对目前缺乏独立的监理标准问题,进行了制定房产测绘监理标准的必要性分析,根据测绘标准体系建设思想构建了监理规范框架,阐述了关键环节主要监理内容,为房产测绘监理标准的制定修订提供了技术指引和支撑。Starting from the current development characteristics of real estate surveying and mapping in China and the current situation of standard application, this paper analyzes the necessity of developing supervision standards for real estate surveying and mapping in view of the lack of independent supervision standards at present, and constructs a supervision normative framework according to the idea of building a surveying and mapping standards system. It provides technical guidance and support for the development and revision of real estate surveying and mapping supervision standards.
