摘　　要：建设自贸试验区是党中央在新时代推进改革开放的一项重要战略举措。中国自贸试验区建设以来,在农业开放发展方面进行了一系列改革探索和实践,形成了一批制度创新成果,在推进涉农领域贸易投资自由便利、提高农业技术创新水平、深化涉农领域体制机制改革、强化金融服务支撑等方面取得了显著成效。未来,中国自贸试验区应进一步加大涉农领域改革试验,继续引领涉农领域开放合作,深入探索农业高质量发展新模式,并注重统筹农业开放发展与安全,为全国农业高质量发展和乡村振兴战略做出更大贡献。Building a pilot free trade zone is a strategic move of the Party Central Committee to promote reform and opening up in the new era.Since the construction of the pilot free trade zone,a series of reform explorations and practices have been carried out in the development of agricultural opening up,and a number of institutional innovation achievements have been formed.Remarkable results have been achieved in promoting the free and convenient trade and investment in agriculture related fields,improving the level of agricultural technology innovation,deepening the reform of agricultural related systems and mechanisms,and strengthening the support of financial services.In the future,China’s pilot free trade zone should further expand reform experiments in agriculture related fields,continue to lead the opening and cooperation in the agricultural field,deeply explore the new mode of high-quality agricultural development,and pay attention to the overall planning of agricultural opening-up development and security,so as to make greater contributions to the national high-quality agricultural development and Rural Revitalization Strategy.
