手术团队流程化在全膝关节置换患者快速康复中的应用

摘　　要：目的 分析手术团队流程化在全膝关节置换患者快速康复中的应用效果。方法 此次研究分为对照组和试验组,在2020年3月1日至8月31日期间收集同一组医师的全膝关节置换手术49例,作为本次的对照组,从2020年9月1日至2021年2月28日同样收集这组医师膝关节置换手术49例,作为本次的试验组,在对照组的基础上采取手术团队流程优化管理。结果 试验组患者的各项临床状况得到了较好的改善效果,且试验组患者的膝关节功能恢复状态明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 手术团队流程化在全膝关节置换患者快速康复的临床应用中,患者的整体临床状况得到了显著的提升,临床效果较为理想。Objective To analyze the application effect of surgical team flow in rapid rehabilitation of patients with total knee arthroplasty.Methods From March 1 to August 31, 2020, 49 cases of total knee replacement surgery by the same group of physicians were collected as the control group. From the September 1, 2020 to February 28th, 2021, 49 cases of knee replacement surgery by this group of physicians were also collected. As the experimental group this time, the operation team process optimization management was adopted on the basis of the control group.Results The clinical conditions of the experimental group were better improved, and the knee function recovery of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical application of rapid rehabilitation of patients with total knee arthroplasty, the overall clinical situation of patients has been significantly improved, and the clinical effect is ideal.
