研究小儿耳郭外伤清创缝合术的配合与护理体会

摘　　要：目的 研究小儿耳郭外伤清创缝合术的配合与护理体会。方法 选取本院进行清创缝合术的耳郭外伤患儿68例,经单双病号分组,对照组与试验组各34例,分别给予常规护理与综合性护理配合,对比两组护理效果。结果 护理后,试验组患儿术后并发症发生率为0,明显低于对照组(11.76%),而住院时间明显短于对照组,试验组患儿术后生活质量显著高于对照组,试验组患儿及家属的满意程度显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。焦虑评分、抑郁评分方面,护理前,两组对比差异较小(P> 0.05);护理后,试验组焦虑评分、抑郁评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 给予小儿耳郭外伤清创缝合术综合性护理配合具有显著的效果,同时稳定患儿哭闹情绪,有效减轻手术对耳郭造成的刺激,有助于预防软骨坏死、软骨膜炎等并发症,积极促进伤口愈合。Objective To study the cooperation and nursing experience of debridement and suture of auricle trauma in children. Methods Sixtyeight children with auricle trauma who underwent debridement and suture in our hospital were divided into single and double patients, 34 cases in the control group and 34 cases in the experimental group. Routine nursing and comprehensive nursing were given respectively, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was 0,which was significantly lower than 11.76% in the control group, and the length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than that in the control group. The postoperative quality of life of children in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the satisfaction of children and their families in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). In terms of anxiety score and depression score, there was little difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);After nursing, the anxiety score and depression score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing cooperation with debridement and suture of auricle trauma in children has a significant effect. At the same time,it can stabilize the crying mood of children, effectively reduce the stimulation of auricle caused by operation, help to prevent complications such as cartilage necrosis and chondroperiostitis, and actively promote wound healing.
