摘　　要：目的 探究妊高征危险因素及护理对妊高征孕妇的临床价值。方法 选取2017年3月至2019年5月在我院收治的54例妊高征患者与正常孕妇患者54例为研究对象,正常孕妇患者为对照组,妊高征患者为试验组,对比两组资料分析危险因素与护理前后试验组血压变化。结果 试验组年龄、BMI、高血压家族史、不良营养情况、不良情绪均高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。护理后,试验组肾功能尿NAG、24 h尿蛋白定量、胱抑素C、KIM-1水平均低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 孕妇年龄、体质量指数、高血压家族史、不良情绪等都是发生妊高征危险因素,而及时给与妊高征孕妇实施护理干预,可有效降低血压值,保证妊高征患者安全。Objective To explore the risk factors of pregnancy induced hypertension and the clinical value of nursing for pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods Fifty-four cases of pregnancy induced hypertension and 54 cases of normal pregnant women admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research object, the normal pregnant women were the control group, and the pregnancy induced hypertension were the experimental group. The data of the two groups were compared to analyze the risk factors and the blood pressure changes of the experimental group before and after nursing care. Results Age, BMI, family history of hypertension, malnutrition and bad mood in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). After nursing, the renal function of the experimental group urinary NAG, 24 h urinary protein, cystatin C, KIM-1 levels were lower than before, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Pregnant women’s age, body mass index, family history of hypertension and adverse emotions are all risk factors of pregnancy induced hypertension, timely nursing intervention for pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension can effectively reduce blood pressure and ensure the safety of pregnancy induced hypertension patients.
