OEC管理模式在腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探究OEC管理模式在腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿患者护理中的应用。方法 选取我院2019年1月至2019年12月收治的70例卵巢囊肿患者作为研究对象。根据信封法分组(每组35例),对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用OEC管理模式,对比两组的康复时间、并发症发生率、心理状态等指标。结果 护理期间,观察组的切口感染、皮下气肿、出血、尿潴留等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组的术后首次排便、首次下床活动、住院等康复时间均短于对照组(P <0.05);护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分均有所下降,且观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 在腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿患者护理中应用OEC管理模式,可降低其并发症发生率,缩短术后首次排便、首次下床活动、住院等康复时间,改善心理状态,临床应用效果良好。Objective To explore the application of OEC management model in nursing care of patients with ovarian cyst treated by laparoscopic surgery. Methods Seventy patients with ovarian cyst admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research object. According to the envelope method(35 cases in each group), the control group was given routine care, the observation group was given OEC management model, and the two groups were compared in terms of recovery time, complication rate, psychological state and other indicators.Results During the nursing period, the incidence of incision infection, subcutaneous emphysema, hemorrhage, urinary retention and other complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The postoperative recovery time of the first defecation, first getting out of bed, and hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in both groups decreased, and the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of OEC management model in the nursing care of patients with ovarian cyst treated by laparoscopic surgery can reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the recovery time of the first postoperative defecation, the first time of getting out of bed and hospitalization, improve the psychological state, and achieve good clinical application effect.
