摘 要:为解决超大型沉管滑移移动存在设备操作复杂、轴线偏差控制难度大、移动效率低、施工成本较高等问题,依托深圳至中山跨江通道主体工程8万t钢壳沉管移动为工程实例,结合钢壳沉管自身结构特点,从移动工艺选择、液压自平衡支撑、同步控制及移动过程中出现的问题及解决方法进行详细分析。实践证明,轮轨式台车移动效率高,能较好地控制轴线偏差满足规范和设计使用要求,保证了大型钢壳沉管移动过程中的安全高效,供超大型沉管移动工程技术相关人员借鉴和参考。In order to solve the problems such as complex operation of equipment,difficult control of axis deviation,low movement efficiency and high cost in sliding movement of super-large immersed tubes,based on the movement of 80000 t steel-shelled immersed tubes for the main section of Shenzhen-Zhongshan cross-river link and in consideration of the structural characteristics of the steel-shelled immersed tubes,the problems in the selection of moving technology,hydraulic self-balancing support,synchronous control and the process of movement and their solutions are analyzed in detail.Practice has proved that the wheel-track trolley has high moving efficiency and better controls the axis deviation to meet the requirements of the specification and design,thus ensuring the safety and efficiency in the process of moving large steel-shelled immersed tubes.The technology can be used for reference by technical personnel related to the movement and transportation of super large immersed tubes.
