摘　　要：本文以EHR平台上医院人事档案管理为切入点,深入探究档案管理创新的途径与方式,通过对EHR平台上医院人事档案管理工作特点的了解,研究和发现医院人事档案管理难题,并提出针对性的对策与方法,以期能够提升医院档案管理的痕迹学水平,促使医院人事档案管理工作迈上新的台阶。This article takes the hospital personnel file management on the EHR platform as the entry point,and explores the innovative ways and methods of file management.Through the understanding of the characteristics of hospital personnel file management on the EHR platform,it studies the problems of hospital personnel file management,and proposes targeted countermeasures.It is hoped that the methods can improve the level of trace science of hospital Archives management and promote the management of hospital personnel Archives to a new level.
