摘  要:针对高温环境下轴承材料耐磨性下降以及润滑剂黏度变小难以形成完全油膜,轴承极容易发生磨损,造成动态性能渐变劣化的问题。考虑温度、游隙、变刚度、接触载荷等非线性影响因素,建立高温角接触球轴承磨损条件下的动力学模型,基于数值计算分析不同磨损程度下轴承动力学性能的演变规律,并通过试验进行验证。结果表明:轴承内圈磨损率比外圈磨损率大,在磨损评估中可以只关注内圈磨损情况;轴承运动磨损过程中,当轴承磨损较轻微时,轴承运动稳定性随着磨损时间的延长而得到一定程度的改善,当轴承磨损较严重后,其振动速度急剧增大,运动状态的平稳性恶化,通过振动状态的变化,可作为轴承精度失效的判断依据。In view of the decline of wear resistance of bearing materials and the decrease of lubricant viscosity in high temperature environment,it is difficult to form complete oil film,so,the bearing is very easy to wear,and the dynamic performance of the bearing degrades gradually.In the paper,the factors such as temperature,clearance,stiffness,contact load and other nonlinear factors were considered to establish the dynamic model of a high temperature angular contact ball bearing under wear condition.Based on the numerical analyses,the evolution of the bearing dynamic performances was studied under different bearing wear degree and the results were verified by tests.The results show that the wear rate of the bearing inner ring is higher than that of the outer ring.In the wear evaluation,it could be paid attention only to the wear of the inner ring.In the working wear process of the bearing,when the bearing wear is slight,its motion stability is improved with the prolongation of the wear time.When the bearing wear is serious,the vibration velocity increases sharply and the stability of motion state deteriorates.The change of vibration state can be used as the judgment basis of bearing accuracy failure.
