摘 要:本研究采用钼酸铵分光光度法测定水中总磷,以正交试验为基础,通过改变过硫酸钾添加量、消解时间、显色温度和显色时间等影响因素,建立五因素四水平的L_(16)(4^(5))正交模型,确定钼酸铵分光光度法测定水中总磷的最优方案。研究结果表明,添加4 mL过硫酸钾溶液消解样品30 min,并在25℃温度下显色15 min是测定水中总磷的最优条件。经质控分析,在该条件下,该方法检出限为0.0062 mg/L,精密度为0.4%,准确度为97.4%,均符合水质监测质量控制指标体系的国家测定要求。In this study,ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry is used to determine total phosphorus in water,based on the orthogonal test,the L_(16)(4^(5))orthogonal model with five factors and four levels is established by changing the influence factors such as the addition amount of potassium persulfate,the digestion time,the color developing temperature and the color developing time,so as to determine the optimal protocol for ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric determination of total phosphorus in water.The results show that adding 4 mL of potassium persulfate solution to digest the sample for 30 min and developing the color for 15 min at 25℃are the optimal conditions for the determination of total phosphorus in water.After quality control analysis,under these conditions,the detection limit of this method is 0.0062 mg/L,the precision is 0.4%,and the accuracy is 97.4%,all of which meet the national determination requirements of the water quality monitoring quality control index system.
