摘 要:根据韶钢8号高炉水渣系统实际情况,本研究开发了控制水渣系统结渣的专门技术,从而革新水渣系统,改善冲渣水水质,提升高炉产能。该技术可以减少新水补充量、高炉放干渣次数和冷水池清理量,产生直接的经济效益。降低水渣系统结渣可以改善环境,而减少高炉因水渣故障导致的放干渣次数,可以提高水渣系统管控能力,降低高炉生产的环境污染风险。According to the actual situation of Shaogang No.8 blast furnace water slag system,this research developed a special technology to control the slag formation in the water slag system,so as to innovate the water slag system,improve the quality of the slag flushing water,and increase the blast furnace production capacity.This technology can reduce the amount of fresh water replenishment,the number of blast furnace dry slag discharge and the amount of cold water pool cleaning,resulting in direct economic benefits.Reducing the slag formation in the water slag system can improve the environment,and reducing the number of dry slag discharges caused by the water slag failure in the blast furnace can improve the management and control capabilities of the water slag system and reduce the risk of environmental pollution in blast furnace production.
