同伴支持康复模式对前列腺癌术后尿失禁患者控尿功能、膀胱功能及尿动力学指标的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:研究同伴支持康复模式的实施方法及在前列腺癌术后尿失禁患者护理中的应用价值。方法:将我院收治的120例前列腺癌术后尿失禁患者随机分为C组60例和C+T组60例,C组实施常规尿失禁康复模式,C+T组在C组的基础上联合开展同伴支持康复模式。对比两组患者控尿功能的改善效果及膀胱功能指标[膀胱最大储尿量(VMCC)、膀胱顺应性(BC)]、尿动力学指标[最大尿道闭合压(PMUC)、最大尿道压(PMU)、功能尿道长度(FUL)]。结果:C+T组患者控尿功能改善率为93.33%,高于C组的78.33%(P<0.05)。护理后,C+T组患者VMCC、BC均高于C组(P<0.05),PMUC、PMU、FUL均高于C组(P<0.05)。结论:通过予以前列腺癌术后尿失禁患者同伴支持康复可有效提高患者的控尿功能和膀胱功能,提高尿动力学的改善效果。Objective:To study the implementation method of peer support rehabilitation mode and its application value in the nursing of patients with urinary incontinence after prostate cancer surgery.Methods:a total of 120 patients with postoperative urinary incontinence of prostate cancer admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into group C(n=60)and group C+T(n=60).Group C implemented routine urinary incontinence rehabilitation mode,and group C+T combined with peer support rehabilitation mode on the basis of group C.The improvement effect of urinary control function and bladder function indexes[Bladder maximum urine storage(VMCC),bladder compliance(BC)],urodynamic indexes[maximum urethral closure pressure(PMUC),maximum urethral pressure(PMU),functional urethral length(FUL)]were compared between 2 groups.Results:The improvement rate of urine control function in C+T group was 93.33%,which was higher than 78.33%in C group(P<0.05).After nursing,VMCC and BC in C+T group were higher than those in C group(P<0.05),PMUC,PMU and FUL were higher than those in C group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Peer support rehabilitation for patients with postoperative urinary incontinence of prostate cancer can effectively improve the urinary control function and bladder function,and improve the effect of urodynamics.
