摘　　要：目的:研究产后压力性尿失禁(SUI)应用Kegel盆底训练配合心理疏导的效果。方法选取2019年3月-2021年3月收治的82例产后SUI患者,按随机数字表法分组,对照组(41例)行Kegel盆底训练,试验组(41例)联合心理疏导,对比两组疗效、恢复情况、心理状态及尿流动力学指标。结果试验组(95.12%)治疗总有效率高于对照组(73.17%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组干预后3个月Glazer评分高于对照组,ICIQ-SF评分低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组干预后3个月SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组干预后3个月BC、PMU、PQmax及LSF水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产后SUI应用Kegel盆底训练配合心理疏导,可调节尿流动力学,并改善心理状态。Objective:To study the effect of Kegel pelvic floor training combined with psychological counseling for postpartum stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods:A total of 82 postpartum SUI patients admitted from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected and grouped according to the random number table method.The control group(41 cases)received Kegel pelvic floor training,the experimental group(41 cases)combined with psychological counseling,and the two groups were compared.The curative effect,recovery status,psychological state and urodynamic indexes of the group were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group(95.12%)was higher than that of the control group(73.17%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Glazer score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group 3 months after the intervention,and the ICIQ-SF score was lower.Compared with the control group(P<0.05);the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group 3 months after the intervention(P<0.05);the levels of BC,PMU,PQmax and LSF of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group 3 months after the intervention Control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postpartum SUI application of Kegel pelvic floor training combined with psychological counseling can regulate urodynamics and improve psychological state.
