摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿急性喉炎并喉阻塞的临床护理要点以及实践成果。方法:将2019年7月至2021年7月于本院接受治疗的急性喉炎并喉阻塞患儿中76例作为本研究对象,以摸球法随机分为两组,对照组(38例)实施常规护理,观察组(38例)另实施整体护理。对比2组患儿症状改善所用时间、依从性、护理满意度。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患儿声音嘶哑、呼吸困难、喉鸣音消失所用时间短,留观时间短(P<0.05)。观察组患儿护理依从性高(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患儿家长心理状态评分低、护理满意度高(P<0.05)。结论:对急性喉炎并喉阻塞患儿实施整体护理干预,在改善患儿护理效果,提高治疗依从性方面具有积极作用,同时能够提高患儿家长的护理满意度,值得推广。Objective:To explore the clinical nursing points and practical results of acute laryngitis with laryngeal obstruction in children.Methods:76 children with acute laryngitis and laryngeal obstruction treated in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were randomly divided into two groups by touching the ball.The control group(38 cases)received routine nursing and the observation group(38 cases)received holistic nursing.The nursing effect,compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the children in the observation group had a shorter time for hoarseness,dyspnea and disappearance of laryngeal sounds,and a shorter observation time(P<0.05).The nursing compliance of children in the observation group was high(P<0.05).After nursing,the psychological state score of the parents of the children in the observation group was low and the nursing satisfaction was high(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of holistic nursing intervention for children with acute laryngitis and laryngeal obstruction plays a positive role in improving the nursing effect and treatment compliance of children,and can improve the nursing satisfaction of children’s parents,which is worthy of promotion.
