摘　　要：本文回顾蛛网膜下腔出血后脑积水的定义,并从转化生长因子β及其拮抗剂、肌腱蛋白-C、继发全身炎症反应综合征、免疫失调、脑膜淋巴系统功能失调等方面对发病机制进行了归纳和总结,对蛛网膜下腔出血后脑积水的手术治疗和药物治疗进展进行了总结,尤其是脑室外引流的拔管时机。以期为蛛网膜下腔出血后并发脑积水患者的诊疗提供理论依据。This article reviews the definition of hydrocephalus after subarachnoid hemorrhage and discusses the pathogenesis through transforming growth factorβand its antagonists,tenascin-C,secondary systemic inflammatory response syndrome,immune dysregulation,functional dysfunction of meningeal lymphatic system,and so on,and summarized the progress of surgical treatment and drug treatment,especially the timing of extubation of extraventricular drainage.In order to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with hydrocephalus after subarachnoid hemorrhage.
