摘  要:建立油菜角果成熟程度定量化评估指标有利于促进油菜生产精准化管理。以不同成熟程度油菜角果为实验材料,采用ASD HH2地物光谱仪测定了不同成熟等级的油菜角果光谱反射率,通过角果光谱指数特征进行聚类,并基于连续统去除分析了不同成熟等级样本的光谱吸收特征,分别选择550 nm的绿峰和675 nm的红谷波位建立光谱反射背景基线,利用630 nm处的光谱反射突变点,提出了一种新的用于评估油菜角果成熟度的高光谱指数(rape siliques maturity index,RSMI)。结果表明,该指数与植被叶绿素及含水量等相关的光谱指数具有较高的相关性,能够对油菜角果的成熟程度进行合理的表达,可为油菜生长后期精准管理提供参考依据。The establishment of a quantitative evaluation index for rape silique maturity is conducive to the promotion of precision management of rape production.Rape siliques with different maturity levels were tested with ASD HH2 to measure the spectral reflectance.Clustering was performed based on the two spectral index characteristics,and the spectral absorption characteristics of samples of different maturity grades were analyzed based on the continuum removal.A new hyperspectral index RSMI(rape siliques maturity index)for evaluating the ripeness of rape siliques was proposed by selecting the green peak at 550 nm,the red valley at 675 nm and the spectral reflectance mutation point at 630 nm.The analysis results show that the index has a high correlation with the spectral index related to vegetation chlorophyll and water content and clear biological significance,which proves that the index can reasonably express the maturity of rape siliques.This study constructed a spectral index index that can effectively evaluate the maturity of rape siliques,which could provide a reference for the precise management of rape in the later stage of growth.
