摘 要:为满足国内石油和天然气开发需求,设计了51/8”20 K的非标法兰,其在压力与弯矩共同作用下的承载能力是工程中重点关注的问题。基于API TR6AF3高温高压法兰设计方法,采用3维非线性有限元分析技术,验证了API TR6AF3中的极限弯矩判定方法,并对51/8”20 K非标法兰在预紧力、工作压力和弯矩组合载荷作用下的法兰及螺栓进行了应力分析。依据螺栓应力准则和塑性垮塌准则确定了51/8”20 K非标法兰的极限弯矩,并得到了极限弯矩与工作压力之间的规律。所得结果可为51/8”20 K非标法兰的规范化设计提供参考。To meet the needs of domestic development of oil and nature gas,the 51/8”20 K non-standard flange is designed.The load capacity under the combined action of pressure and bending moment of the fl ange is a key issue in engineering.Based on high-pressure high temperature fl ange design methodology shown in API TR6AF3,3D non-linear finite element method is used to verify the judgment method of ultimate bending moment.The stress analysis of the 51/8”20 K non-standard fl ange and bolts under the combined load of bolt preload,working pressure and bending moment is carried out.The ultimate bending moments and the relationship between ultimate bending moment and working pressure of the non-standard fl ange are determined according to bolt stress criterion and plastic collapse criterion.The results could provide reference for the standardization design of 51/8”20 K non-standard fl anges.
