六步标准化沟通流程对初诊结肠癌患者术前心理状态及护理满意度的影响评价

摘　　要：目的:探究初诊结肠癌患者治疗期间的六步标准化沟通流程内容、应用效果及在术前心理状态和护理满意度方面影响。方法:选择2019年12月至2021年12月上海市嘉定区中医医院收治的患者为参考对象,依照随机抽签法分组,具体组别为:25例对照组、25例实验组,2组病例数总计50,且临床检查后,均诊断为:结肠癌;其中,常规护理模式用于对照组初诊结肠癌患者,六步标准化沟通流程用于实验组初诊结肠癌患者,对比2组疗效。结果:(1)常规护理、六步标准化沟通流程干预前,初诊结肠癌患者组间数据在SAS评分、SDS评分方面无区别,P>0.05;临床护理干预后阶段,全部评分改善明显,且实验组VS对照组,评分低,P<0.05;(2)关于治疗依从性、护理满意度指标,评测实验组后,其具体评分相比对照组,实验组初诊结肠癌患者高,P<0.05。结论:六步标准化沟通流程,不仅在其术前焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪改善方面,有较好作用,而且能够有效促进初诊结肠癌患者治疗依从性、护理满意度进一步提升,推广性显著。Objective:To explore the content,application effect and preoperative psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the six-step standardized communication process for newly diagnosed colon cancer patients during treatment.Methods:Patients admitted to Jiading District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shanghai from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the reference subjects,and divided into two groups by random drawing with 25 cases in the control group and 25 cases in the experimental group.A total of 50 cases in the two groups were diagnosed as colon cancer after clinical examination.Among them,the conventional nursing mode was used in the control group,and the six-step standardized communication process was used in the experimental group,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:(1) Before the intervention of routine nursing and six-step standardized communication process,there was no difference in SAS score and SDS score between the two groups,P>0.05;In the stage after clinical nursing intervention,all the scores were significantly improved,and the scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05;(2) With regard to the indicators of treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction,the specific score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The six-step standardized communication process not only has a good effect on the improvement of preoperative anxiety and depression,but also can effectively promote the improvement of treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of newly diagnosed colon cancer patients,with significant promotion effect.
