标准化助产流程护理干预对初产妇自然分娩的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究初产妇应用标准化助产流程护理干预对于自然分娩的影响。方法:选择医院在2021年1月至2022年1月期间接诊的初产妇82例,按照随机数字表法进行分组,每组41例,给予对照组常规干预,观察组提供标准化助产流程护理干预,将两组初产妇的干预效果进行对比。结果:观察组自然分娩率高于对照组,观察组第一、第二和总产程时间均短于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组,产妇SAS焦虑评分低于对照组,观察组不同时间段的VAS疼痛评分均低于对照组,观察组产妇满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:初产妇应用标准化助产流程护理干预有利于提升自然分娩率,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention of standardized midwifery process for primiparas on natural delivery.Methods:A total of 82 primiparas admitted by the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was provided with standardized midwifery process nursing intervention,and the intervention effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The rate of natural delivery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the first,second and total labor time in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group,neonatal Apgar score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,maternal SAS anxiety score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,VAS pain score at different time in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and maternal satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of standardized midwifery process nursing intervention for primiparas is beneficial to improve the rate of natural childbirth,which is worth promoting.
