摘　　要：SPEC(Standard Performance Evaluation Corporation)是一个成立超过30年,持续发布并维护一系列应用于计算机的标准化基准测试套件的全球性组织。伴随我国信息技术产业发展,SPEC组织发布的多个基准测试套件已逐步成为评估国内计算产品性能优劣的事实标准,其公布的测试成绩也成为相关行业重要的参考依据。本文介绍了该组织的成立背景、宗旨、组织架构和业务流程,为进一步探索我国全球标准化的主导权提供思路。SPEC(Standard Performance Evaluation Corporation) is a global organization that has been established for more than 30 years and continues to release and maintain a series of standardized benchmark Suites for computers.With the development of China’s information technology industry,the benchmark test suites issued by SPEC have gradually become the factual standards for evaluating the performance of domestic computing products,and the test results published by SPEC have also become important reference for relevant industries.This paper introduces the establishment background,purpose,organizational structure and business process of the organization,so as to provide ideas for further exploring the dominance of China’s global standardization.
