摘 要:通过对护理专业技术人员高级职称评价现况分析,依据人力资源社会保障部、国家卫生健康委、国家中医药局《关于深化卫生专业技术人员职称制度改革的指导意见》要求,采用文献评阅法、专家咨询法,初步建立护理专业技术人员职称评价指标体系,筛选科学、可行的评价指标,根据护理岗位设置及专业发展特点定义各个指标要素,根据工作实绩平衡所占指标权重。By analyzing the current situation of the evaluation of senior professional titles of nursing professional and technical personnel, according to the requirements of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People’s Republic of China,National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China and National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine’s Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Professional Title System,the evaluation index system of professional titles of nursing professionals was initially established by using the methods of literature review and expert consultation, and scientific and feasible evaluation indexes were screened, and each index element was defined according to the setting of nursing posts and the characteristics of professional development,and the index weight was balanced according to the work performance.
