摘　　要：目前,全国各省(区、市)疾病诊断相关分组(DRG)付费已驶入快车道。护理作为医疗服务及临床管理的重要环节,在DRG支付改革中的作用不容忽视。从国内外DRG支付与护理相关研究入手,参考DRG的能力、效率、安全3个管理维度,从服务能力、服务效率、质量安全、成本管理等方面探讨DRG付费模式对护理工作的影响及其应对措施,以期为护理人员适应并参与DRG付费改革、促进DRG顺利实施提供参考。The medical insurance payment of DRG in provinces and cities across the country has entered the fast lane at present. As an important link between medical services and clinical administration,nursing plays an important role in DRG payment reform. Starting with the research on DRG payment system and nursing at home and abroad,and referring to the three management dimensions of DRG ability,efficiency and safety,it discusses the impact of DRG payment system on nursing work and its countermeasures from the aspects of service ability,service efficiency,quality safety and cost management,so as to provide references for nurses to adjust,participate in DRG payment reform and promote the smooth implementation of DRG.
