摘　　要：通过《中医医院建设标准》(建标106—2021)与《中医医院建设标准》(建标106—2008)、《综合医院建设标准》(建标110—2021)比对,差异化分析其中的异同,结合在《中医医院建设标准》(建标106—2021)修订过程中在强化政策引领、坚持与时俱进、强调以人为本、突出中医特色、加强与《综合医院建设标准》(建标110—2021)对接的考量,并针对床位规模设置限制、每千人口中医床位数测算标准设置、中医医院标准建设中达标率及新建中医医院建设的重点方向提出几点思考,提出合理控制床位规模,加强中医医院标准化建设和新建中医医院以县级中医医院为重点。Through comparison among The TCM Hospital Construction Standard(106—2021),The TCM Hospital Construction Standard(106—2008) and The Comprehensive Hospital Construction Standard(110—2021),the similarities and differences are analyzed. Combined with the considerations of strengthening policy guidance,keeping pace with the times,emphasizing people-oriented,highlighting the characteristics of TCM and strengthening the connection with The Comprehensive Hospital Construction Standard(110—2021),bed set limit in scale,the standards for TCM beds per thousand population estimates,Chinese medicine hospital in the construction of standard success rate and the direction of the focus of the new Chinese medicine hospital construction are explored to put forward reasonable control the scale of beds,to strengthen the construction of standardization of TCM hospitals,with emphasis on the county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.
