摘 要:针对现有折纸力学超材料大多基于直线折痕图折叠而成,一定程度上限制了其可定制力学特性。本文将曲线折痕引入到二维折痕图,提出了一种曲线折痕圆柱折纸力学超材料。利用金属增材制造方法制备了折纸力学超材料样品,并借助三维CT扫描证实了较高制造精度。采用基于超算平台并行计算的显式动力学数值仿真和物理试验法阐明了曲线折痕圆柱折纸力学超材料的变形模式和压扭特性。进一步,研究了改变曲线山折和曲线谷折可实现曲线折痕圆柱折纸力学超材料的可定制压缩力学特性。所提曲线折痕圆柱折纸力学超材料为可定制力学特性需求的新型力学超材料提供了一种新的思路。Most origami mechanical metamaterials are folded based on the two-dimensional(2D)patterns of straight creases,thus limiting their tailored mechanical properties to a certain extent.A curved-creased cylindrical origami mechanical metamaterial is proposed by introducing a curved crease into the 2D crease pattern.The origami mechanical metamaterial samples are prepared via the metal additive manufacturing method,and their high manufacturing accuracy is verified by 3D CT scanning.The deformation modes and compression-torsion characteristics of the curved-creased cylindrical origami mechanical metamaterial are elucidated by explicit dynamic numerical simulation using parallel computing based on a supercomputing platform and physical experiments.The proposed curved-creased cylindrical origami mechanical metamaterial provides a new idea for designing novel metamaterials with tailored mechanical properties.
