摘 要:蜗杆蜗轮减速机是机械设备中常用的机械减速增矩装置。由于材料和结构的原因,导致蜗轮很容易磨损,影响蜗杆传动的寿命。为了减少蜗轮磨损,延长减速机使用寿命,同时降低材料成本,蜗轮齿圈需要优化设计。基于MATLAB建立蜗杆蜗轮传动的目标函数、约束条件及边界条件,通过非线性规划,优化齿圈体积。通过对比优化前后结果,验证了优化的有效性。为制造高寿命、低成本的蜗轮蜗杆减速机提供了理论基础。Worm gear reducer is a commonly used mechanical deceleration and torque increasing device in mechanical equipment.Because of the material and structure,the worm gear is easy to wear,which affects the service life of worm drive.In order to reduce the wear of worm gear,prolong the service life of reducer and reduce the material cost,the gear ring of worm gear needs to be optimized.Based on Matlab,the objective function,constraint conditions and boundary conditions of worm gear transmission are established,and the volume of gear ring is optimized by nonlinear programming.By comparing the results before and after optimization,the effectiveness of the optimization is verified.It provides a theoretical basis for manufacturing worm gear reducer with long service life and low cost.
