摘 要:采用等温溶解平衡法研究了MgSO_(4)-MgB_(4)O_(7)-H_(2)O体系在308.15 K时的稳定相平衡,测定其溶解度及物化性质(pH,密度,粘度和折光率),并根据试验数据绘制稳定相图及物化性质-组成图。研究结果表明:该体系为水合物I型,无复盐及固溶体形成;相图中有1个共饱点,2个单盐结晶区。平衡液相中MgSO_(4)对MgB_(4)O_(7)有较强的盐溶作用。同时,章氏硼镁石(MgB_(4)O_(7)·9H_(2)O)在该体系308.15 K时容易转化为多水硼镁石(Mg_(2)B_(6)O_(11)·15H_(2)O),但随着MgSO_(4)含量的不断增大,可抑制章氏硼镁石向多水硼镁石的转化。最后,采用经验公式对密度和折光率进行了关联,计算值和试验值吻合较好。The stable phase equilibrium of the MgSO_(4)-MgB_(4)O_(7)-H_(2)O system at 308.15 K is studied by the isothermal dissolution equilibrium method.The solubility and physical and chemical properties(pH,density,viscosity and refractive index)are measured,and the stable phase diagram,physical and chemical properties-composition diagram are drawn according to the experimental data.The research results show that the system is hydrate type I,without double salt and solid solution formation;there is 1 common saturation point and 2 single salt crystal regions in the phase diagram.In the equilibrium liquid phase,MgSO_(4)has a strong salt-dissolving effect on MgB_(4)O_(7).At the same time,MgB_(4)O_(7)·9H_(2)O is easily converted into boronite(Mg_(2)B_(6)O_(11)·15H_(2)O)at 308.15 K in this system,but with the continuous increase of MgSO_(4)content,it can inhibit the the transformation of magnesite.Finally,an empirical formula is used to correlate the density and refractive index,and the calculated value is in good agreement with the experimental value.
