摘  要:为研究回弹仪型号对水工全级配混凝土抗压强度的影响,以在建的2个混凝土坝为研究对象,分别采用中型回弹仪和重型回弹仪进行大坝混凝土回弹试验,对比分析了回弹值、测区换算抗压强度、抗压强度平均值、标准差、变异系数及抗压强度推定值的差异。结果表明:当混凝土抗压强度<30 MPa时,同一混凝土结构部位,重型回弹仪的回弹值小于中型回弹仪,但同一回弹值换算的抗压强度则大于中型回弹仪,这2种效应会一定程度抵消,最终的抗压强度值差别较小;当混凝土抗压强度>30 MPa时,重型回弹仪回弹值小于中型回弹仪,同一回弹值换算的抗压强度也小于中型回弹仪,2种效应叠加,导致最终的抗压强度值差别较大,应引起工程人员重视。In order to study the influence of rebound hammer type on strength test of full-grade hydraulic concrete,the rebound tests are made using middle-sized rebound hammer and heavy rebound hammer respectively in two projects under construction,and the rebound values,conversion values of concrete compressive strength of test areas,mean values of compression strength,standard deviations,variable coefficients and estimation values of strength for concrete are compared.The results show that,(a)when the values of compressive strength of concrete are less than 30 MPa,the rebound values of heavy rebound hammer are less than the values of middle-sized rebound hammer,while the conversion values of concrete compressive strength of test areas are greater than the values of middle-sized rebound hammer for the same rebound value,and as the offset of this two effects to a certain extent,the differences of the strengths are few;and(b)when the values of compressive strength of concrete are more than 30 MPa,both of the rebound values and the conversion values of concrete compressive strength of heavy rebound hammer are less than the values of middle-sized rebound hammer,and as the superposition of the two effects,the differences of the strengths using two types of rebound hammers is larger,which should be paid attention to by engineers.
