丹参酮胶囊联合维胺酯治疗中度痤疮的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 分析丹参酮胶囊联合维胺酯治疗中度痤疮的疗效。方法 2019年7月至2020年7月在我院治疗的中度痤疮患者186例,按照入院先后顺序分为研究组与对照组各93例。对照组患者使用维胺酯胶囊治疗,研究组患者给予丹参酮胶囊联合维胺酯胶囊治疗,所有患者同时外用夫西地酸乳膏,均连续治疗8周。观察治疗前(T0)、治疗2周(T1)、治疗4周(T2)、治疗8周(T3)两组患者皮损(丘疹、脓包、炎性皮损、非炎性皮损)情况;比较T0、T3时两组患者血清炎性因子[白介素1α(IL-1α)、白介素8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)]、痤疮严重程度[Leeds痤疮评分、痤疮综合分级系统(GAGS)评分]及生活质量[皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分];记录两组患者面部脱屑、口唇干燥、恶心等不良反应发生情况。结果 与T0时比较,T1~T3时两组患者丘疹、脓包、炎性皮损、非炎性皮损个数均较前明显减少,T1时研究组脓包个数明显低于对照组,T2~T3时研究组丘疹、脓包、炎性皮损个数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。T3时两组患者血清IL-1α、IL-8、TNF-α水平、Leeds评分、GAGS评分及DLQI各条目评分均低于T0时,且研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 丹参酮胶囊联合维胺酯胶囊治疗中度痤疮疗效显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,降低炎性因子水平,提高生活质量,且不良反应小。Objective To analyze the efficacy of tanshinone capsules combined with viaminate capsules in the treatment of moderate acne.Methods A total of 186 patients with moderate acne treated in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into a study group and a control group according to the order of admission, 93 in each group. The control group was treated with viaminate capsules, and the study group was given tanshinone capsules combined with viaminate capsules. All patients were given external application of fusidic acid cream. Both groups were continuously treated for 8 weeks. The skin lesions(papules, pustules, inflammatory skin lesions, and non-inflammatory skin lesions) were observed in the two groups before treatment(T0), after 2 weeks of treatment(T1), after 4 weeks of treatment(T2) and after 8 weeks of treatment(T3). The levels of serum inflammatory factors such as interleukin 1α(IL-1α), interleukin 8(IL-8), tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α), scores of acne severity estimated by Leeds acne score, and Global Acne Grading System(GAGS) score, and quality of life estimated by Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI) were compared between the two groups from T0 to T3. The incidence rates of adverse reactions such as facial desquamation, xerocheilia, and nausea were recorded in the two groups.Results Compared with T0, the counts of papules, pustules, inflammatory skin lesions and non-inflammatory skin lesions in the two groups were significantly reduced compared with before(P<0.05). At T1, the count of pustules in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05). At T2 and T3, the counts of papules, pustules and inflammatory skin lesions in the study group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of serum IL-1α, IL-8 and TNF-α, Leeds score, GAGS score and scores of items of DLQI in the two groups at T3 were lower than those at T0, and the levels and scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the contro
