摘　　要：习近平同志关于网络文明建设的重要论述,是立足网络信息浪潮催动网络文明变革的时代高度,以敏锐的眼光洞见了人类文明形态的发展转型规律,对网络文明的时代内涵、价值意蕴和发展愿景做出的科学阐述和创新论述。习近平同志关于网络文明建设的重要论述是网络文明建设的重要指导思想,主要从内涵指向、领域聚向、技术动向、内容导向和环境同向等五个方面诠释了网络文明建设的核心思想,呈现出立场的时代性和人民性、思想的科学性和系统性、理论的战略性和创新性的特征。立足建设社会主义现代化强国的新征程,这一重要论述对丰富和发展马克思主义文明观、明晰网络文明建设的战略规划、形成网络文明建设的行动指南意义重大。Comrade Xi Jinping’s important speeches and statements on the construction of network civilization is based on the height of the times when the wave of network information technology is driving the innovation of network civilization. Xi Jinping has had a keen insight into the law of development and transformation of human civilization, and a scientific and innovative elaboration on the connotation of the day, value and development vision of network civilization.Xi Jinping’s important statement on the construction of network civilization is an important guiding ideology for the construction of network civilization, which mainly interprets the core ideas of the construction of network civilization from five aspects, such as connotation orientation, area classification, technological trend, content-oriented and environment construction, showing that it is closed related to the times and the people, and it is scientific and systematic in thoughts, and it is equipped with strategic and innovative theories. Standing at the new journey of building a strong socialist modern state, this exposition is of great significance to enrich and develop the Marxist view of civilization, clarify the strategic plan for the construction of network civilization, and form an action guidance for it.
