摘　　要：目的:探讨学生标准化病人在浙江省口腔住院医师规范化结业考核中的应用效果。方法:统计分析近两年浙江省口腔医院住院医师规范化结业考核的考试成绩。结果:采用学生标准化病人的结业考试难度适中,整体区分度较好,信度较高。结论:学生标准化病人应用效果显著,值得应用和推广。Objective:To explore the application effect of student standardized patients(SSP)in the graduation examination of stomatological residents in Zhejiang Province.Methods:The examination results of standardized graduation examination of residents in stomatological hospital of Zhejiang Province in recent two years were statistically analyzed.Results:The examination with SSP has moderate coefficient of difficulty,satisfactory discrimination and reliability.Conclusion:The effect of SSP in the standardized graduation examination of oral residents is notable,which is worthy of further popularization and application in practice.
