摘 要:为了探究矿井底部疏放水引起的土体下降导致井壁产生的负摩擦力对井壁内部应力分布的影响,基于朱仙庄煤矿副井井筒为工程背景,首先采用理论分析的方法计算出井筒在受到负摩擦力后井筒内部的最大应力值,提出公式中u 0的一个修正值,其次采用数值模拟的方法,使用ANSYS软件分析井壁和土体在自然状态下及沉降后井壁内部应力分布状态,对井壁的稳定性和极限沉降量进行预测,最后结合现场实测数据对井壁的安全性进行分析。结果表明:采用修正后的u 0系数计算出的结果更为合理,数值模拟预测出了井壁所能承受的极限“四含”土体沉降量,证明了数值模拟对于预测井壁受力的可行性,可为矿井的稳定性提供重要的理论依据。同时理论分析计算出井壁的应变预警值,发现井壁的变形远远小于井壁混凝土的拉、压应变极限值,井壁结构安全。In order to explore the influence of the negative friction force generated by the shaft wall on the internal stress distribution of the shaft wall due to the soil drop caused by the water discharge at the bottom of the mine,this paper takes the auxiliary shaft shaft of Zhuxianzhuang Coal Mine as the engineering background,the shaft shaft is calculated by theoretical analysis method.The maximum stress value inside the wellbore after being subjected to negative friction,and a correction value in the formula is proposed;Then,using the method of numerical simulation,ANSYS software is used to analyze the internal stress of the wellbore and soil in the natural state and after settlement According to the distribution state,the stability of the wellbore and the limit settlement are predicted;And finally,the safety of the wellbore is analyzed based on the field measured data.The results show that the results calculated by the corrected coefficients are more reasonable,and the numerical simulation predicts the ultimate"four-containing"soil settlement that the wellbore can bear,which proves the feasibility of numerical simulation for predicting the force of the wellbore,which can provide an important theoretical basis for the stability of the mine.At the same time,the theoretical analysis and calculation of the strain pre-warning value of the shaft wall are found.
