摘　　要：针对定向培养士官生的心理健康教育,优化设计团体箱庭疗法教育方案,精心组织教育活动,研究分析“促进士官生的自我觉察、彼此理解、提升凝聚力”的预期效果。For the psychological health education for non-commissioned officers in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward a teaching plan by using group box court therapy,in which the teaching activities are carefully arranged so as to promote cadets’ self awareness,their understanding among each other and their team spirit.
