摘 要:为明确苯醚甲环唑和吡唑醚菌酯对柑橘炭疽病病原菌的联合毒力及最佳配比下的田间防效,采用平皿法测定了苯醚甲环唑和吡唑醚菌酯及其不同比例混合物对柑橘炭疽病菌的毒力,并通过田间药效试验评价了其对柑橘炭疽病的防效。结果显示,苯醚甲环唑与吡唑醚菌酯质量比为1∶1的混合物对柑橘炭疽病病原菌生长抑制最明显,EC_(50)值为0.525 mg/L,增效系数为1.658;在田间药效试验中,2种药剂质量比1∶1混用对柑橘炭疽病的防效仅次于苯醚甲环唑,但没有显著性差异,2 000倍液时其对叶片和果实的防效分别为87.16%±1.61%和80.858%±5.68%。综上所述,苯醚甲环唑和吡唑醚菌酯质量比1∶1混合为最佳配比,对柑橘炭疽病的联合毒力为增效作用,在此配比条件下,田间防效较好,可推荐在田间使用。In order to determine the co-toxicity and field control efficacy of difenoconazole and pyraclostrobin against citrus anthracnose,the toxicity of difenoconazole and pyraclostrobin and their mixtures to C.gloesporioides was determined by plate method and the control effect was evaluated by field efficacy test.The results showed that the mixture of difenoconazole and pyraclostrobin with mass ratio of 1 ∶1 most obviously inhibited the growth of C.gloesporioides,with EC_(50)value of 0.525 mg/L and synergistic coefficient of 1.658.In field efficacy test,the mass ratio of difenoconazole and pyraclostrobin was 1∶1.The control effect of mixture on C.gloesporioides was only inferior to difenoconazole,but there was no significant difference,and its control effect was 87.16%±1.61%(leaf) and 80.858%±5.68%(fruit) at 2 000times liquid.In sunnary,the best ratio of difenoconazole and pyraclostrobin was 1 ∶1,and the joint toxicity to C.gloesporioides was synergistic,which could be recommended for field use due to the better control effect in the field.
