摘　　要：目的 分析1990年以来针灸治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征的临床文献,总结选穴及归经等规律,为针灸治疗此病提供参考。方法 利用CNKI、VIP、万方数据库、CBM及Pub Med数据库(1990—2020年),运用文献计量学等统计方法,将纳入临床文献中所涉及腧穴进行频次、经脉等方面的统计及分析。结果 符合研究标准文献共24篇,皆为中文文献,涉及34个穴位、频次166,平均每个穴位使用4.88次,涉及经脉11条。结论 针灸治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征选穴注重理冲任、调肾、肝、脾,并凸显辨证论治。Objective To analyze the clinical literature on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome since 1990 and summarize the rules of the acupoint and meridian used so as to provide reference for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of this disease. Methods The relevant methods of bibliometrics were adopted in using CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Database,CBM and Pub Med database( 1990—2020). The selected acupoints in the included clinical research literature were counted and analyzed in terms of frequency and meridians. Results 24 literatures met the research criteria involved 34 acupoints and 166 frequency,all in Chinese,with an average of 4. 88 times for each acupoint,involving 11 meridians. Conclusion The rules of acupoint selection of acupuncture for luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome highlighted regulating Chong and Ren meridian,regulating kidney,liver and spleen and the treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
