健脾生血颗粒治疗类风湿关节炎并发缺铁性贫血临床观察

摘　　要：目的 分析类风湿关节炎并发缺铁性贫血患者在常规治疗基础上联合使用健脾生血颗粒治疗的效果,探讨其影响作用。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年6月收治的100例类风湿关节炎并发缺铁性贫血患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,在常规治疗基础上,给予对照组(50例)福乃得维铁缓释片治疗,给予观察组(50例)健脾生血颗粒治疗。比较2组的治疗效果、血清指标及铁代谢指标变化。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清铁代谢指标水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05),总铁结合力(TIBC)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组血清指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 类风湿关节炎并发缺铁性贫血在基础治疗的同时给予健脾生血颗粒治疗,可有效减轻患者的血清炎性反应,改善铁代谢水平,进一步提高临床疗效,具有重要的研究价值。Objective To analyze the effect of Jianpi Shengxue granules in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis complicated with iron deficiency anemia,and to explore its effect. Methods A total of 100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis complicated with iron deficiency anemia who were treated in the department of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into two groups according to the number table method. The control group( n = 50) was given the treatment of fonazide iron sustained-release tablets based on conventional treatment,and the observation group( n = 50) was given Jianpi Shengxue granules. The therapeutic effects,serum indexes,and changes in iron metabolism indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than the control group,and there had statistically significant differences( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the levels of indicators of iron metabolism in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,all of which were significantly different( P < 0. 05),while the levels of total iron binding capacity( TIBC) were lower than those of the control group,all of which were significantly different( P < 0. 05). serum indicators in the observation group were lower than in the control group,and there had significant differences( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Jianpi Shengxue granules in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis complicated with iron deficiency anemia based on the basic treatment can effectively attenuate the serum inflammatory response,improve the level of iron metabolism,and further improve the clinical efficacy,which is of great research value.
