摘　　要：目的探讨肝纤维化湿热为患的炎症因子机制。方法根据现代医学对肝纤维化各阶段的研究,结合中医对肝纤维化的认识,对应肝纤维化各阶段,尤其是早期的中医可能病证,梳理肝纤维化各阶段的主要证型及其分子生物学机制,归纳肝纤维化微观指标的动态变化,推测防治肝纤维化的最佳时期和可能方法。结果慢性炎症是肝纤维化的使动因素,急性炎症是肝纤维化湿热证的主要分子生物学基础,也是肝纤维化发展的主要诱导因素。结论及时清利湿热以控制急性炎症,规律饮食、合理作息以减少慢性炎症是防治早期肝纤维化的重要手段,清利湿热同时还是中断肝纤维化进程的必要治疗方法。Objective To investigate the mechanism of inflammatory factors in liver fibrosis caused by dampness-heat.Methods According to the study of the stages of liver fibrosis,modern medicine of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)combined with knowledge of liver fibrosis,corresponding to the stages of liver fibrosis,especially early may(disease of traditional Chinese medicine,combing the main syndrome types in each stage of liver fibrosis and its mechanism of molecular biology,the dynamic changes of the induced liver fibrosis micro index,the prevention and treatment of best time and the possible method of liver fibrosis was speculated.Results Chronic inflammation is the driving factor of liver fibrosis,acute inflammation is the main molecular basis of damp-heat syndrome of liver fibrosis,and also the main inducing factor of the development of liver fibrosis.Conclusion It is an important method to prevent and treat early hepatic fibrosis by clearing dampness and heat in time to control acute inflammation,and reduce chronic inflammation by regular diet and reasonable work and rest.It is also a necessary treatment to interrupt the process of hepatic fibrosis.
