大黄■虫丸联合西药治疗神经性皮炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的 评价大黄■虫丸联合盐酸奥洛他定片、糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗神经性皮炎的临床疗效。方法 按其就诊顺序编号,采用随机数字表法将入选患者分为2组,研究组和对照组均为85例。对照组予盐酸奥洛他定片,5 mg,口服,2次/d;糠酸莫米松乳膏,0.2 g,外用,2次/d。研究组(联合治疗)在对照组用药基础上加用大黄■虫丸3 g,口服,3次/d。2周后进行评估疗效,6个月后观察其复发情况。结果 治疗2周后研究组神经性皮炎皮损评分量表评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗2周后的总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。6个月后研究组复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 大黄■虫丸联合盐酸奥洛他定片、糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗神经性皮炎,安全有效,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Dahuang Zhechu pill combined with hydrochloric acid,olotadine tablets and mometasone furoate cream in the treatment of neurodermatitis. Methods According to the order of the number,the patients divided into research group of 85 cases and control group 85 cases using random number table method. The control group was administrated with olotadine tablets,5mg twice a day,mometasone furoate cream 0. 2 g applied externally once a day. The research group was administrated with Dahuang Zhechu pill 3 g three times a day on the basis of the control group. Efficacy was evaluated 2 weeks later,and recurrence was observed 6 months later. Results The effective rate of the research group and the control group were,the effective rate of the research group was higher than the control group after 2 weeks of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 01). The recurrence rate of the research group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in the research group. Conclusion Dahuang Zhechong pill,olotadine tablets antipruritic,mometasone furoate cream in the treatment of neurodermatitis is safe and effective,and is worthy of promotion.
