摘 要:近些年来,中国服务贸易规模迅速扩大、服务贸易结构持续改善,并且数字贸易发展成为服务贸易的新亮点。与此同时,中国服务业开放度相对滞后、服务贸易短板比较突出、服务贸易竞争力还不强、劳动力成本上升及其供给侧结构失衡,服务贸易发展也面临诸多挑战。应进一步加快推进服务业扩大开放、加快优化服务贸易营商环境、加快提升服务贸易数字化水平、加快融入并参与全球服务贸易规则重构博弈,实现服务贸易高质量发展。In recent years, the scale of China’s trade in services has expanded rapidly, the structure of trade in services has continued to improve, and the development of digital trade has become a new highlight of trade in services. However, the openness of China’s service industry is relatively backward, the shortcomings of service trade are relatively prominent, the competitiveness of service trade is not strong, the labor cost is rising and the supply structure is unbalanced, and the development of service trade is also facing many challenges. We should further promote the opening up of the service industry, speed up the optimization of the business environment of service trade, improve the digitalization level of service trade, and accelerate the integration and participation in the reconstruction game of global service trade rules, so as to achieve the high-quality development of service trade.
