摘 要:双侧向测井是地质钻井检测中一种常用的电阻率测井方法。针对区域内多口钻井双侧向测井仪检测数据无法及时联合反演的问题,设计了基于NB-IoT的双侧向测井仪远程监测系统,给出了NB-IoT模块BC26的硬件电路原理图,详细阐述了系统软件设计方案,包括云服务器端产品实例和仪器端数据发布的步骤。通过现场实验可以得出,双侧向测井仪野外现场数据能实时显示并存储在云服务器中,可以随时查看存储的历史数据,并进行区域内钻井三维联合反演,系统实用性高,性能稳定。Dual laterolog is a common resistivity logging method in geological drilling detection. Aiming at the problem that the detection data of dual laterolog tool of multiple wells in the area cannot be inversed in time,a remote monitoring system of dual laterolog tool based on NB-IoT is designed,the hardware circuit schematic diagram of NB-IoT module BC26 is given,and the design scheme of system software is described in detail,including the product example of cloud server and the steps of data release at instrument end. Through the field experiment,it can be concluded that the field data of the dual laterolog tool can be displayed and stored in the cloud server in real time,the stored historical data can be viewed at any time,and the three-dimensional joint inversion of drilling in the area can be carried out. The system has high practicability and stable performance.
