摘　　要：《知识产权强国建设纲要(2021—2035年)》和《关于强化知识产权保护的意见》发布以来,海外知识产权保护的重要性日益突显。文章归纳总结了美韩日及中国的现有海外知识产权援助体系,进行了分析比较,为帮助政府更好地建立海外知识产权援助体系,使中国企业能够更好地“走出去”提供参考。The importance of overseas IPR protection has become increasingly prominent since The outline for building a strong country in intellectual property rights(2021—2035)and The opinions on strengthening IPR protection.This paper summarizes the existing overseas intellectual property aid systems of the United States,South Korea,Japan,and China.It makes analysis and comparison to provide a reference for the government to establish overseas intellectual property aid systems better and enable Chinese enterprises to better“go global”.
