摘  要:为推进高性能混凝土泵送施工技术在大跨度、长距离、高墩台桥梁中的应用,以龙岩石崆山Ⅱ号右线高架桥悬浇箱梁混凝土泵送施工为例,介绍泵送高强度混凝土的特性,高、长泵程高强度悬浇箱梁混凝土的配合比设计,泵送施工机械设备的选择,悬浇箱梁预应力混凝土的施工过程控制以及完工情况等,为类似桥梁高强度混凝土泵送施工提供参考。In order to promote the application and development of high-performance concrete pumping technology in large-span, long-distance and high-pier bridges, this paper takes the example of the cantilevered box girder concrete pumping construction on Longyan Shikongshan No. II right viaduct, and introduces the characteristics of high-strength concrete pumping, the mix design of high-strength cantilevered box girder concrete with high and long pump range, the selection of pumping construction machinery and equipment, the construction process control of prestressed concrete of suspension girder and the result. It can provide some references for similar high strength concrete pumping construction of bridge.
