摘　　要：为了解决高校本科教育中学习管理不严格的问题,以专业认证思路为出发点,针对学习过程考核和专业能力评价两个方面,建立监控的组织机构。在此基础上确定评价指标,定性与定量相结合,建立“产出型”的教学过程质量监控体系和“质量型”的就业过程能力监控体系。In order to solve the problem of loose learning management about undergraduate education in colleges and universities, with the idea of professional certification, this paper builds a monitoring organization for learning process assessment and professional ability evaluation. Then determines the evaluation index on the basis combining qualitative and quantitative assessment, and establishes two monitoring systems of "output-oriented" teaching process quality monitoring and "quality-oriented" employment process ability monitoring.
