基于AHP-DEMATEL-ISM模型的装配式建筑供应链风险因素研究

摘　　要：针对装配式建筑供应链参与方众多,难以提升风险管控水平的问题,基于文献法对影响因素进行识别,提炼出22项风险影响指标,建立装配式建筑供应链风险影响指标体系。构建AHP-DEMATEL组合模型,综合考虑各影响因素的重要性及关联性,弱化单一模型权重结果的片面性问题。再运用ISM模型可以层次化展现影响因素结构关系的优势,使结合而成的AHP-DEMATEL-ISM模型对供应链风险根本因素的探究更加准确清晰。结果表明,现场管理人员水平与信息对称程度是影响装配式建筑风险的关键因素,为其供应链的实际决策与应用提供了新思路。A large number of participants in the prefabricated construction supply chain and it is difficult to improve the risk control.To address it,this study identifies the risk factors based on the literature method.In total 22 risk impact indicators are extracted,and the risk impact indicator system of prefabricated construction supply chain is established.This study establishes a AHP-DEMATEL combination model to comprehensively consider the importance and relevance of various risk factors,and to weaken the one-sided weight results of a single model.Then the ISM model is used to show the structural relationship of risk factors in a hierarchical manner,so that the combined AHP-DEMATEL-ISM model can explore the fundamental factors of supply chain risk more accurately and clearly.The results show that the on-site managers and the degree of information symmetry are the key factors affecting the risk of prefabricated construction.It provides a new idea for the prefabricated construction supply chain in terms of a practical decision-making and application.
