摘　　要：为解决重大工程兴建带来的相关社会问题,迫切需要对重大工程社会治理行动的开展进行研究。基于行动者网络理论,通过开放式访谈方法对社会治理视角下重大工程共同体的理论框架进行实证探索。研究结果表明,在工程共同体中,政府需要担任起核心行动者的角色;为更好维持工程共同体的运作和稳定,可以采取开放合作策略、价值认同策略和精细治理策略。通过转译分析共同体的运作机制,为重大工程社会治理行动形成稳定的利益联盟提供一定的理论参考。Due to social embeddedness and high risk,the solution for megaprojects’ social problems have attracted widespread attention.There is an urgent need for investigating the development of megaprojects’ social governance actions with the help of the concept of community.Based on actor network theory,this paper empirically explores the construction and operation mechanism of heterogeneous engineering community from the perspective of social governance using open interview method.The results show that government is the core actor in heterogeneous communities.To maintain the operation and stability of heterogeneous communities,open cooperation strategy,value identification strategy,and fine governance strategy can be adopted..The operation mechanism of the community is analyzed through translation,which provides a certain theoretical reference for the formation of a stable interest alliance in the social governance action of major projects.
