摘 要:混凝土界面开裂后强度大大降低,会严重影响混凝土的性能。基于此,研究了冻融循环对灌封胶修补混凝土界面性能的影响,并采用4种不同的灌封胶对混凝土界面进行修补,在冻融循环条件下对试件进行了斜剪切试验和三点弯曲试验。试验结果表明:冻融循环可以提高修补界面的粘结性能,经灌封胶聚氨酯705、有机硅911和环氧树脂808修补后的混凝土界面在冻融循环前后均发生内聚破坏,而经环氧树脂802修补的混凝土界面发生黏聚破坏,证明其具有较好的粘结性能。因此认为环氧树脂802更加适用于严寒地区的混凝土裂缝修补。同时,该试验也可为严寒地区修补混凝土裂缝提供一定参考。The strength of concrete interface is greatly reduced after cracking,which will seriously affect the performance of concrete.The effect of freeze-thaw cycle on the interface performance of concrete repaired by potting glue was studied.The interface of concrete was repaired by four different potting glue.The specimens were tested by oblique shear test and three-point bending test under the condition of freeze-thaw cycle.The test results show that the freeze-thaw cycle can improve the bonding performance of the repaired interface.All of the concrete interfaces repaired by polyurethane 705,silicone 911 and epoxy resin 808 take place cohesion failure before and after freezethaw cycle.But the adhesion failure by epoxy resin 802 shows good bonding performance.Therefore,it is considered that epoxy resin 802 is more suitable for concrete crack repair in cold areas.At the same time,the test can also provide some reference for concrete cracks repairation in cold areas.
