摘　　要：在当今社会依法治企以及合规管理的大背景下,法律事务管理已成为了企业管控体系建设的重点。以法律事务管理为落脚点,建立统一的法律平台是提升管控能力的必然选择。结合设计院公司法律事务管理工作的实际需求,我们的项目团队设计并研发了企业法律事务平台。本文详细介绍了法律事务平台的研发目标、方案设计,实施成果以及应用价值,提出了一种运用数字化技术实现企业法律事务管理的新方案。Under the background of governance of enterprises by law and compliance management in today’s society, legal affairs management has become the focus of enterprise management and control system construction. Taking legal affairs management as the foothold, establishing a unified legal platform is an inevitable choice to improve management and control capabilities. Combined with the actual needs of the design institute’s corporate legal affairs management, our project team designed and developed a corporate legal affairs platform. This paper introduces the development goals, program design, implementation results and application value of the legal affairs platform in detail, and proposes a new solution to realize enterprise legal affairs management by using digital technology.
